It really sparked my interest in getting on the bands more often than I had been lately. I decided to get my Turkey from all DX stations and I made it. I wanted to get a 6 band DX Turkey, but came up 1 short, although I did get my Turkey With All The Trimmings. K4CHT - One more Turkey checking in. All on 40 meters. K2EKM - Hi Tom, I'd like to submit my "Turkey" log for the event. All qso's were done on my Ten-Tec Argonaut V at 5w to an 88ft doublet up about 20feet. Glad to be a member of this club and looking forward to club activities. See you on the air. |
