WB4OMM - Noisy bands....got 30 mins in, all I could take! Not many signals heard here on East FL coast. Hi hi hi....hope conditions improve soon! 72/73 to all! Steve WB4OMM

N2CN - 80 was great tonight.

KC2MJT - Used my IC703+ with palm paddles. Grabbed one quick QSO on 40m, then the band appeared to shut down. Heard nothing on 20m. 80m was the place to be tonight. Heard a few signals in 3 land that sounded like they were next door, yet they never heard me. Seemed the southern states were finding their way north tonight. Only worked 40 minutes as the noise was very high. .

WG8Y - Hi all, I didn't hang in very long. I had shoulder surgery in Jan. & still not supposed to be using my arm. Bothered me enough I figured I better pull the plug. Tried calling on 7.044 & thought I worked W0LGU but didn't hear a qsl, plus W0KFG called me, Maybe?? Think there might have been someone else on freq. calling that I couldn't hear. Anyway, sorry if I missed you guys in the confusion. My fewest Q's but hurt doesn't mix gud with fun. 72 all from N.C. Mark WG8Y

K9PL - First NAQCC Sprint run for QRP Labs QCX, 5 watts to a fan dipole at 25'. Conditions poor and QRN, participated until nothing more heard, 45 minutes.

KI8FV - Hard to hear tonight, but this is my first time since August or Sept. Tried my new 40m loop, but only one contact on 40. Thanks for the fun. I'll try again next month. 72s, Steve

KG4MTN - Much better condx this month than January! Worked 40M exclusively, really need to get my 80M antenna up and going!

AA4W - Haven't had a chance to operate a Sprint in a while. Glad to see such great participation. 80 sounded good. Ran into a few old timers.

K3RLL - K3 to black after-dark vertical: Surprisingly good conditions this evening with lots of strong signals. Lots of familiar calls but particularly nice to start out with K3WWP and end up with KB4QQJ after finally meeting him in person at the Orlando Hamfest. Thanks to W3NP for 2-bander. Fun Evening! 72/73 ... Don

WZ0W - This was my first CW contest, encouraged by CW Academy Level 2 instructor, Mark K5GQ. I had a blast and will be back next time!

W4EDN - not too good tonite but got 7 and ended the night with k3wwp bug to bug! flipped back and forth 80/40. .

K1IEE - Bands poor again this sprint. Started on 40M that lasted about 1 hour then to 80M with weak signals. Still had a good time. Thanks to all 73 Dick

KB0ETU - Got caught up in the Olympics. Shouldn't have any distractions next month. 72, Phil

NO2D - Managed to work both the Sprint and the 40 meter fox hunt tonight. Got both foxes, and 2 contacts in the NAQCC, including John, K4BAI, in Bonaire. A good night on 40 meters for a change. Thanks to all. Pete, NO2D

K4KBL - Had a very late start but had fun !

N7EDK - Never heard a soul, my noise floor on 40m was S-7/8 on my K1. Tried 80m with my KX3, nothing heard, noise floor was S-9+ here on the west coast of FL. I called CQ NA up and down the bands, never heard a reply...bust night !

KQ4MM - 2nd Sprint, had a blast.. thanks for all the repeats and QSOs, See you next time. VY 72 DE KQ4MM

W3BIT - My first radio contest. Simple and fun.

KC3RN - 40M not so good tonight, but 80 was okay. My first sprint with a straight key. Had a lot of fun, but need to go rest my arm now ;-)

KD9EBS - Greetings: This is my first NAQCC Sprint this year. Prl Dipole at 25' in the attic. YouKits HB-1B QRP 5W Transceiver. Russian Mil.Straight Key. 73!

N0TA - Weak, but readable signals on 40 and 80. Thanks for the Q's. K3, vertical, GenLog.

K4KRW - Worked late so I didn't get much time in the sprint. Got 8 contacts on 80 pretty quickly. Hopefully next time I can work the whole 2 hours. Great hearing everyone. Thanks for the fun! Richard .

KD0V - Band conditions were much better tonight than they have been in a very long time. Thanks everyone for the enjoyable SPRINT. 72 until next time - Merlin - KD0V

W8ES - Many good signals on 80M. TNX to N0TA and K4KRW for your patience! Had a good time tonight. KX3 @ 5W, Kent KT-1 key. 72 from West Virginia, Jay W8ES

K1IX - Tnx all for the Q's. 40m was terrible but 80 was good. sri N0AR lost you in the qsb & qrm. 73 to ALL

WA2JSG - Not my night tonight, just had 7. Used my IC-703 off a 12v car battery, and my Kent Str key. Vertical antenna. Picture on my QRZ profile page. See you next month.

KB4QQJ - Fun Sprint always. 20m was a bust. Only made 4 QSO's on 40m but 80 was alive!! Always a pleasure when I get to play in the NAQCC sprints. Rig was MTR-4B antenna was a doublet at 33 feet Key was the LNR Precision Patriot.

NF5U - The bands were in fair shape, sorry to a few stations I could not copy. My FT-817 was transmitting at 5w, the receiver was quiet and my bug was going as slow I could get it to send. It was a fun Sprint. 73's, see you all next month.

KJ4R - Started out on 40. Noise was terrible and band seemed long. Worked OR, NV, AZ, and MN but never heard anyone East of MS river. Called CQ for 10 mins with no response so threw in the towel on 40 and went to 80. My 34' vertical is not typically good on 80, but condx were good with low noise. Thanks to everyone I worked and a fun time as always. 73 to all.

WZ2N - 80m was workable for me for the first time ever (new ant configuration lower noise.) Couldnt believe 40 was as bad as it was no takers. If it wasn't for K4BAI with a last minute /PJ4 DX QSO I might have finished without a contact on 40. Great fun as always. Thanks to all who host the event. 72 all!

NF1U - conditions appeared pretty good this evening. it is always more fun when you can hear folks...

N8NK - Slim Pickin's but a relatively quiet 40 in MI. 80, not so much. I logged by hand - no PC! If I couldn't copy your number I didn't get to claim your points.. but I copied all, no problem. Thanks to all the members and one non-member who dug me out of the crud! 72... .

KF7WNS - Nice to get one on 20m...been a while. Pretty good conditions tonight. KN1H heard me on 80, but just as band was fading out. Thanks for the contacts. 72

K9EZ - My first Sprint -- finally, but started 30 minutes late due to romantic dinner with wife :-). Sprint was lots of fun! Wish stations would listen before CQing on an occupied frequency however. Also I hope we can spread out a little on 80. Lots of bunching on 3.560, not much above 3.650. I wish stations would give their call more than once when CQing. I wasted too much time on 40. Thrill to contact #2 W3WWP John. Looking forward to the next one! I am hooked!

K3WWP - Check my web site diary at k3wwp.com for my comments on tonight's sprint.

W3TTT - Had fun and that's what counts. I played hunt and pounce all night. No one answered my CQs. Go figure. 80 meters all night for me. I didn't even try 40 tonight. There was some QSB fading so it made it interesting to say the least. Some of my late contacts I had heard earlier, contacting another station. Thank you's to the Scorers and everyone who puts in a lot of effort to make these great sprints possible.

K3CKO - First time with the AC2C sprint logger. It works great. 40 was not good at all. 80 Was great once it got started. kx3 AT 5 WATTS TO A g5rv UP 60'

KC7DM - Into this OR QTH, 40M was in good shape for the entire first hour, allowing some nice X-country QSOs. 80m was hopping for the second month in a row, with surprisingly strong signals from KN1H and KB4QQJ. A fun sprint. Thanks all.

WD4OHD - All activity tonight was on 80m. Strength of signals fluctuated but seemed to steadily improve from 0130 UT onward. Worked some new ones this time. Had an antenna issue during the first hour but got back on track pretty quickly. Best to all participants.

W3NP - 40 was good at the very start but quickly thinned out and sigs got thin. 80 was excellent with a lot of 599 + signals. Tried in vain to snag NF5U on both 40 and 80 - he was 559 - 569 on both bands but didn't hear me. K3 @ 5 watts to my 160m Horizontal loop at 50' and GHD cootie key. First time I have had to spend the entire 2 hours in years. It was a lot of fun. 72 de Dave in West Virginia

W2JEK - Very poor conditions tonight. Band was long with nearby stations very weak. Had a good time. 72/73 Don W2JEK .

KE0GVW - I heard several stations but could not complete QSO until 0300 when the 40m band went quiet. .

K7EW - OMG! I tripled my nr of QSOs! + many times the distances, compared to 4 miles and one QSO last month! Also heard ME 459, and a hero WC7S in WY. -my first contacts on a great carefully used/new-for-me K2, whose aged internal battery allowed me barely an hour, + tiny mil leg strap key. Heard almost no 80m and no 20m NAQCC action. - What about scoring also accounting for the distances covered? TU! 3 whole contacts was FUN!

NA4O - Glad that I happened to be in the right place at the right time to sprint tonight, but it did not sound like many others were around. I was happy to work those that I did, but only heard a few others that I was not able to work. It is different every time- that's one thing that keeps me coming back, I guess.

KN1H - Greetings to all. Heard nothing on 20 or 40 so went to 80 where things were extraordinary! Only heard N2CN in the 1st and 2nd call areas while signals from the 8th area were S9 plus! A fun sprint, thanks to all. 72, KN1H, IC-7200 @5w and Nye Viking Master Key.

K4ORD - Took 30 Min to get 4 qso's on 40M and they were all MN, heard N0TA in CO but he couldn't hear me,I could hear a few faint signals on the band. Then on to 80M which like 40 was very quiet her in VA, this was where the action was! Thanks to all 72/72 Riley

KK5MT - My first time and had a blast! Worked from my mobile rig.

K2YGM - Not much happening on 40 tonight. Stayed on 80 most of the night... Looking forward to adding 160m in the near future with these unfavorable band conditions.. Waiting for the powers to be to make their decision..

AF4OI - Thanks for another nice NAQCC event! The 80m band was the place to be. The new logger works great! Thanks, AF4OI-Bob KY #8923

W4DUK - Conditions pretty good tonight at my QTH. Had a fine time!

N7YY - Got a little bit of a late start. Heard some pretty good sigs out there though and had lots of fun. Good to hear everyone on the bands! Looking forward to possible working 20 meters next month.

N4WD - Good to get back in. 40mtr a floop, 80mtr good. Like new log page!!! .

N8XMS - I got home very late and only had a short time to operate in the sprint. I managed to make a few QSOs despite the poor band conditions. I logged using the Beta version of the new AC2C NAQCC SprintLogger for Mac OS X computer systems and it worked flawlessly. It's a great piece of software and it should be available on the club website for member download soon. .

WB8LZG - HELLO FELLOW SPRINTERS! GUD SPRINT TONIGHT. STARTED OUT ON 40 WHERE THERE WASN'T ALOT OF ACTIVITY INITAILLY. SIGNALLS VERY WEAK AND QSB TERRIBLE. AT TIMES FADING WOULD COMPLETLY TAKE OUT THE STN BEING WORKED. MANY OPS WERE GIVING INFO TWICE AS STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE. I HAD A "BEELINE" AGAIN TO TX ES OKLAHOMA. SEEMED LIKE ALL OF TEXAS WAS ON LAST NIGHT. HI I HAD SEVERAL QSO's WHERE I RELLY HAD TO WORK TO PULL EM OUT OF THE MUD. TNS TO KM4THR FOR HIS PERSISTANCE. WE FINALLY DID GET IT RIGHT. SEVERAL OF THE STNS WERE JUST ABOVE THE NOISE FLOOR. 339 ES 449 REPORTS WERE COMMON. CKECKED 80M FER A FEW QSO'S, WENT BACK TO 40M TO FINISH OUT THE NIGHT WITH 2 MORE TEXANS, WY, AND CO. TOUGH NITE ON SOME , BUT WELL WOTH THE EFFORT. HAD A BLAST AS USUAL. SEE U ALL NEXT MONTH. 73 GREGG WB8LZG #1444 .

N8BB - Got home near the end but managed a few on my QCX xcvr. Hope I get more time next month. Thanks to all and pray we get some nicer weather, I'm freezing my butt off here.........lol .

KI4EZL - Had fun, heard many on 80 meters, was not able to make one contact though. Tried for many. .

N4MJ - Great evening of fun. Was working the Sprint plus Fox Hunting at the same time. Did get one of the two Foxii. Thanks to everyone for participating and for your patience. 73/72 de n4mj//glenn .

KE5YUM - I enjoyed good signals last night. Finally better conditions in North Texas. Looking forward to next month. FT 817 @ 5 Watts. Terry .

KA5TJS - Bands in pretty good shape, IC 7410 @ 5w and inverted Vee. Used the home brew cootie for the whole thing. TNX to all. .

KB9ILT - Twenty and forty were dead, but 80 made up for them with strong signals and low noise. The only problem was QRM from all of the QRP stations! And they said QRP doesn't work...

WB9HFK - All 80M. Thanks for the QSO's. Looking forward to the next Sprint! 72, Mark WB9HFK

KU4A - Hockey night here, so I missed some time. Best conditions I've heard in awhile. Skip was long on 40 but western stations were louder than normal. I expect to see some really nice scores. .

AK4NY - Had a wonderful evening using new OCF antenna. Still learning it's radiation pattern - hit all west coast on 40 and all east coast on 80 - a lot different than the G5RV I used to run. Hope to catch you on the air during the month 72/73 de Tom

KD3CA - Conditions pretty rough with QRN & QRM , but fun as usual . Sorry to the stations we couldn't get through QRM & QRN. Best 73 to all Don

VE3IDS - Used my Heathkit HW-101 that I just got going. Turned it down to 5 watts, glad it has the 400hz crystal filter, cool going old school with the Speed X bug too. .

K4JPN - 20M and 40M no stations heard, things were great on 80M, sum QRN, but if I heard them I could work them. 72, Steve K4JPN

VE3FUJ - I don't quite have the patience to put up with adverse condx as those that presented themselves last night at this QTH. The band appeared to be medium to long as my only and good contact was OK, heard a number of Stations drifting in and out in a fast fade but nothing to grab onto. So I packed it in after about 1/2 hr

K4WLW - It was a chilly, misty evening in North Florida. Good night to be in the shack for a Sprint. I wanted to watch some of the Olympics so I only worked the first hour. 20m was closed, as expected. Heard stations on 40m, but the QSB was so bad they were gone before I could get their callsign. 80m was in pretty good shape, and made all of my contacts there. Used my KX3 to an end-fed sloper. Key was the QRPGuys KXS, which is a fantastic little key. Thanks to everyone who works hard putting on these Sprints. Bill

K6MGO - 20m was dead, but 40m yielded 6 contacts for an hour and half till it closed down also. Tnx to all who heard and answered my 5 watts to my indoor antenna strung from the bedroom closet to living room bookcase. CU next month, 72 to all, de Bill, k6mgo.

W2NRA - I didn't have mush time, only 5 Qs, also I was trying something different. Thanks for the QSOs

KE7YTE - I GOT STARTED LATE. ONLY ONE OM HEARD MY SIGNAL. (AZ TO MN.) POOR CONDX FOR ME. ONE IS BETTER THEN NONE. DID HAVE FUN. .

KD0DK - Conditions were better for me than they have been in several months. I hope to see everybody next month! 72/73 Dave KD0DK .

AA5LH - First Sprint event though being a Ham for 50 years - Good Show Guys

N4OW - 40 Was good but most moved to 80 very early. Plasma TV rfi blotted out most of the sprint area on 80. Had fun in spite of the handicap :)My first QSO was AC4BN 7701 next in line after my 7700 we both got a HI HI out of that ! .

W8BUD - Using Ron's logging program first time sprint thank you Bud w8bud NAQCC #1243

W8RTJ - Conditions were better than last sprint. But my multi tasking skills aren't that good so spent more time watching the Olympic games hi. Still was fun and look forward to next one. 72 all Jim W8RTJ

K3JZD - Was fighting a S9 noise level that was coming and going on 40m. Not good for copying QRP signals. So, did not stay in there real long. Jody - K3JZD

AA9L - Using my IC-R71A receiver and a home brew 2 tube transmitter running 5 watts. Using crystal control I had to stay on 7.045. Hope to get more crystals in the future. My main rig is out for repair. Challenging but fun.

NF8M - Just had time for a few QSOs tonight. QSB on 80 made it hard to work some stations and I lost a couple. 72 es cu next month.

KF7Z - could only work about 20 min and band was falling out pretty bad the whole time, tried a little on 80 mtrs but no joy there. thanks for the Qs 72 danny

W2SH - 20m dead. 40m quickly revealed a very long skip and of my 11 QSOs four were on the west coast. 80m had more activity and also a long skip; only one QSO at less than 300 miles. With an increasing noise level and fewer and weaker stations, at 0300Z I took a peek at 40m; it was completely dead!

W4KRN - Only heard N4OW on 40m, all other QSO's on 80m. Most signals fairly gud, QRN not as bad this time. Thanks for the contacts, enjoyed the Sprint. Missed working K4BAI John, we almost always make a contact.

K2ZD - I couldn't devote time for the entire contest but made a few contacts on 80 Meters. Tuned on 40 Meters for a while but the band seemed dead here. Although I only made 6 QSO's I believe ever log should be submitted to support the club. Sprints are always fun, 73's to all de K2ZD Mario

NN0SS - Stayed on 80 meters which had very good propagation from MN. Thanks to all for the QSO's enjoyable evening as always

K5MBA - Good conditions, I only had less than an hour to participate. Thanks! .

W5ODS - Lots of activity on 40 and 80. High band noise on both bands here along with deep QSB. New logger program working great. 72 and 73, Gary

AK3X - Managed to sneak in a few (3)contacts on an otherwise busy evening. OHR-100A 80 meter version, a sweet rig. 72 to all, Peter

AC7FF - Operated portable with my Ft-817 and a linked dipole, had a great time and looking forward to next months Sprint
